Initial Plan

Initial Plans
After brainstorming all possible ideas for a documentary we decided on sandwiches as our topic. Our target audience will be from 16- 70. We have tried to make it appeal to a wide range of people as the topic of sandwiches doesn’t really have a closed age group. We have chosen to screen our documentary on channel 4 as its popular and well known for playing documentaries. Its going to be screened at 8 oclock on a Wednesday this is because its midweek where popular shows like Coronation street and Eastenders are not been played, therefore we will catch a bigger audience.
